University of Wurzburg History

University of Wurzburg is a public research University located in the city of Bavaria, Germany. The university was formed in the year 1402 as an institution for higher studies in mining science. After facing the economic challenges and aftermaths of the war, the University emerged as one of the leading Universities in Germany.
