Program Overview

The master's program in multimedia and authorship 120 LP researches the topics of the digitized present. In doing so, he orients himself towards newer interdisciplinary fields of research, such as those negotiated in Internet and Platform Studies. The students deal with questions of digital culture. You work on topics in the area of tension between information technology and society such as disinformation, big data, algorithms, digital markets and network phenomena. The degree program teaches the central concepts and methods of media studies, in particular the history and dramaturgy of the media.
