"The Master's program ""Book Studies"" is offered as a consecutive, research-oriented program that requires the B.A. degree in Book Studies or a closely-related B.A. program. The goal of the M.A. in Book Studies is to acquire the ability to evaluate the function of the book in a social and media context. This includes a knowledge of book market structures and the critical analysis of the factors in book market development, taking into account historical conditions. The program enables graduates to independently perform analyses of problem situations in the fields of publishing and publishing management, and to develop solutions. In addition, graduates are able to design and implement creative concepts in the area of literary culture"
