With the master's degree in clinical linguistics, you qualify as an academic speech therapist after completing a Bachelors degree in linguistics BA Language and Communication in Marburg. The guiding principle is a close connection between linguistic theory, psycholinguistic research and speech therapy practice. You will acquire up-to-date knowledge about various forms of language and speech disorders and learn to apply this in practice in your later professional field. The course offers the opportunity to work in speech therapy and to obtain approval from the health insurance companies for relevant indication areas.
