"Applicant should have a good bachelor's degree in computational linguistics. Applicants with a good bachelor's degree specializing in theoretical / formal linguistics or computer science can also enroll themselves after a successful quality and affinity examination of the degree. However, they receive course requirements for the area not covered in the Bachelor, which must be provided in the module entitled ""Supplementary Area: Fundamentals"". Enrollment will also require proof of good English language skills at level B2 of the European Reference Framework or above. This proof must be provided by an internationally recognized test (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.). Applicants with a German Abitur as well as applicants whose native language is English or who have a degree from an English-speaking secondary school need no additional proof, as the B2 level is already proven."
