Program Overview

The binational master's program is offered by the University of Regensburg in cooperation with partner universities in France, Italy and Spain and is designed to last two years four semesters. Depending on the choice of the option abroad, it leads to the degrees of both universities involved. Students at the University of Regensburg spend the first two semesters and the following two semesters at one of the partner universities abroad Clermont-Ferrand, Madrid or Ferrara. In the binational German-French option, a mandatory internship of at least 8 weeks must be completed in the second year of study.

Additional Information & Requirements

University degree of at least three years Bachelors, master's, licence, ma trise, state examination or other relevant domestic or foreign degrees, Average grade of the qualifying degree, experience abroad, Good to very good knowledge of French, Italian or Spanish at least level B2.2, good knowledge of a second foreign language level at least B1, preferably French, Spanish or Italian;, Slavic languages and English are also possible, professional experience, Basic specialist knowledge in at least one of the selectable focus areas, Knowledge of general and subject-specific interculturality. Required language certificates: Language skills in two modern foreign languages are required, which must be proven with the application and checked in the aptitude assessment procedure.
