Program Overview

The Master's degree in Iranian Studies offers you a well-founded scientific education in the cultural and historical field over four semesters. He will provide you with knowledge and methods in the field of Persian literature and culture as well as the history of the Iranian world up to the present day. Familiarity with Persian in its classic and modern forms is both a training goal and the basis of academic work. The geographical area includes modern Iran as well as Afghanistan, Tajikistan and the traditionally persophone regions.
