Program Overview

The research-oriented, one-year master's program in Near and Middle East Studies builds on the four-year Bachelors program of the same name and deepens the technical, practical language and intercultural skills acquired there. You should be prepared for independent scientific work doctorate and be able to apply complex methods and work on problems. In addition, you will discuss current research topics and approaches together in an interdisciplinary colloquium and, in addition to presentation and communication skills, you will also acquire skills in scientific discourse and exchange.
