"The four-semester master's program ""German Studies as Foreign Language Philology"", which has been offered since the 2007/2008 winter semester, is aimed in particular at students who, as non-native speakers of German, have obtained a first university degree from a scientific university outside of Germany language area and want to develop and deepen their skills and knowledge of German and expand their knowledge of Germany. The course is more application-oriented than classic philological courses.
