Program Overview

The aim of the degree course in oenology is to train and qualify competent Bachelor degree graduates, in particular those from the courses in viniculture, beverage technology and agricultural science, but also in vinicultural economics and nutrition science, predominantly for executive and administrative functions in vinicultural and oenological areas of operation. At the same time they should dependent on the choice of the specialisation modules be able to see the economic connexions and put this knowledge to use in their decision-making. The graduates will also acquire the ability to conduct research in the area of viniculture and oenology.
