Program Overview

The goal of the Master's program Media Management is to qualify students as future managers in media corporations and media-related institutions or for an academic career in media business research and teaching. Our students familiarize themselves with the main features of the media, its markets and its management through courses such as Media Business and Media Markets, Media Marketing and Media Controlling, as well as a journalistic seminar and other media-related elective subjects. In addition, students study the basics of economics. The course places emphasis on project-related work, the presentation of independently developed results, and the ability to work in teams.
