Minimum age: 21 Academic qualifications: A strong undergraduate degree from a recognized university is required. A high school certificate is also necessary. If the academic requirements are not met, relevant work experience will be considered, and a minimum of 3 years of management experience is required. English language requirements: An IELTS score of 6.0 or its equivalent is necessary, with no component scoring below 5.5. Alternatively, a Password Test, PTE Academic (accepted both in test centers and online) with a score of 50+, or a TOEFL IBT (or equivalent) will be accepted. English proficiency requirements may be waived for native English speakers, applicants who completed their education in English (e.g., high school diploma or IB), or those who earned their undergraduate degree in English from an English-speaking country. Applicants with a Medium of Instruction letter for a qualification awarded within the last 5 years may also be exempted. For applicants from West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Gambia, and Sierra Leone), the West African Senior School Certificate (WAEC) can serve as proof of English proficiency, provided the English Language component is at level C6 or above. Spanish language requirements: A B2 level of the common European framework in Spanish is necessary. Spanish proficiency requirements may be waived for: Native Spanish speakers or applicants who completed their education in Spanish (e.g., high school diploma or IB). Applicants who earned their undergraduate degree in Spanish from a Spanish-speaking country.
