Program Overview

Nutritional Science is concerned with the basic factors of human nutrition and the analysis and evaluation of biochemical process operations in the human organism. Together with this, the composition of food and the functional effect of the components of food are analysed, whereby processing and the technological process of this production will be studied. Additionally, one aspect of the studies is national and international diet and consumer behaviour and nutritional counselling.
