"The law and economics faculty of the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg offers students who have completed a foreign law university degree a postgraduate course with the degree ""Legum Magister"" or ""Legum Magistra"" (LL.M.). The students get to know the basics of German law, deepen an area of law by way of example and are enabled to work scientifically in German law. The course thus provides excellent access to German legal thought and German legal language."
