Legal questions are always complex and increasingly demand global answers. Thus legislation and the development of private law, for example contract development, are facing new practical challenges, principally concerning international and transnational legal relationships. In contrast to previous periods and other countries, there has not, until now, been either a science or practical educational training involving legislation or development of the law in the German speaking area. This step makes Good Governance - Development of Law a research-based Masters degree course with a primary focus on legal policy.

complete a previous undergraduate degree usually a Bachelors degree, Bachelors degrees with at least 240 credit points, the First State Examination in Law or other equivalent degrees are recognized as the first professional qualification, Proof of at least 36 credit points in public law / administrative law, at least 36 credit points in private law / civil law / company law, at least 15 credit points in criminal law and at least nine credit points in a basic subject, proof of at least the following level in accordance with the GER : C1, Attested copies of your educational background certificates such as from secondary school, university entrance exams, academic records of prior university semesters and other university reports and diplomas, proof of pre-check of the German embassy, complete curriculum vitae, an attested copy of your certificate of sufficient German language skills, attested German or English transcripts of all your documents, proof of paid fee for UNI-ASSIST
