Bioinformatics and systems biology are young, up-and-coming, and demanding branches of science at the interface between computer science and the life sciences. Bioinformatics and systems biology are both closely connected with recent progress in biotechnology, molecular biology, and medicine. The master of science program in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology is a two-year interdisciplinary course of study aimed at especially qualified German and international students.

Applicants who have completed their undergraduate degree: A certificate stating that the applicant has successfully completed a first university degree or a certificate (or equivalent documents) providing evidence of the successful completion of at least the year prior to his/her final examination in the equivalent studies (with a minimum of 120 ECTS credits) and a complete transcript of records, who have not yet completed their undergraduate degree are required to hand in a complete transcript including a calculated average grade.provide evidence that they possess the necessary qualification for higher education entrance Abitur, Language skill:IELTS, TOFEL, Certified Copy of list of diploma certificates, Letter of motivation.
