The focus of the research-oriented, consecutive master's program Classical Archeology is a decidedly image and cultural science approach. The research of the material legacy of Greek and Roman culture (especially sculpture, painting, ceramics, architecture) is done from a comparative perspective, which at the same time takes into account the role and reception of ancient cultures right up to the present day.
