Program Overview

The Master's Program Romanic Cultures is a literary, linguistic and cultural studies related study program. He focuses on the three Romance main languages French, Italian and Spanish. The central medium of the development of the respective cultures is the literature. In addition to the literatures of France, Italy and Spain, francophone literatures and Latin American literature are also included. The historical perspective of the program ranges from the Middle Ages to current developments of the present. It is supplemented equally and perspectives through systematic questions that range from literary theory through media theory to communication pragmatics.
