MA Political Science - Parliamentary Issues

2 Years On Campus Masters Program

Martin Luther University of Halle Wittenberg

Program Overview

In our understanding of political science, the normative penetration of classic texts and studies on parliaments, state and society represents an indispensable basis for academic studies. Studying original literature, for example by Walter Bagehot, John Stuart Mill and Max Weber, is an integral part of the master's degree. The current status of empirical research is reflected in at least as much detail. In this way, the students are enabled to carry out independent scientific work and to critically classify research results as well as to systematically analyze political processes, institutions and organizations.
