Psychology explores human experience and behavior, and develops proposals for how best conditions can be created so that people can maximize their potential for mental health, performance and quality of life as fully as possible. Two major changes in our society are the growing diversity due to globalization and the resulting influx of people of different cultural backgrounds and demographic change. These developments offer great opportunities as well as challenges for living together. The aim of the course of studies is to prepare for a psychologically qualified professional activity under these conditions.
