Program Overview

The aim of the master's degree in psychology is to deepen and expand the basic psychological skills and knowledge acquired in the bachelor's degree. The students acquire the ability to work independently using scientific methods and are prepared for professional practice as a psychologist. By choosing the basic and application specializations as well as the teaching research project and the supplementary subject, individual focal points can be formed. Possible focal points are in the field of clinical psychology and psychotherapy , business psychology , or in research(in preparation for a possible doctorate). All possible focal points of the institute take a lifespan psychological perspective into account.
