The Master of Housing Management (MHousMan) is an interdisciplinary program offered by the Department of Urban Planning and Design (DUPAD). It was the first Master of Housing Management program established in Hong Kong and is run and taught by a committed group of full-time academic research and teaching staff, as well as practitioners

Student must hold a Bachelors degree of the University of Hong Kong or a qualification of equivalent standard,Transcripts from all the previously attended institutes,2 Referee Reports,A Written Statement of Interest (500 words maximum),CV/Resume,English Proficiency Test Record (IELTS and TOEFL test scores with a minimum of 6 in IELTS and 80 in iBT)
