Program Overview

In the course of the training, students learn about the quantitative foundations necessary for the planning and optimal operation of production and service processes, as well as the most important management, economic behavioral science and legal knowledge. Questions related to the optimal design of logistics processes, modern methods of project management, lean production and service, and the implementation of changes play an important role in the training. The education builds on the application of software that can be used for the statistical evaluation of data related to production and service processes and for the optimization of operations. During the training, case studies and simulation business games help the analysis of decision situations occurring in production and service systems.
