Masters in Social Pedagogy

The purpose of the training is to train social pedagogues1 who provide assistance using theoretical knowledge about the functioning and disorders of society1 interpersonal relationships1 deviance1 groups with special needs1 education1 development and social professional assistance in public education1 social1 child welfare and child protection foundations and specialist care environments. . Primarily1 they improve the social integration of children and youth1 as well as their families1 groups and communities1 and the life chances and quality of life of the disadvantaged and those in need of social care. Their activities are based on individual and community responsibility1 social justice1 democratic thinking1 and human and children's rights1 and aim to restore social relations. Another goal1 the training of professionals with a high level of professional knowledge who are able to responsibly carry out research1 expert1 educational1 decision-making1 management1 planning and organizational tasks to be carried out independently or in groups in social pedagogic arenas. They are prepared to continue their studies in doctoral training.
