Masters in Mechatronic engineering

The mechatronics engineer is also nationally unique in the building mechatronics specialization in the BSc training, and this MSc training complements this. The academic competences of the Faculty are primarily grouped around the technical sciences. Given the profile of individual departments of the Faculty, we focus on inter- and multidisciplinary topics in the fields of the construction industry, energy and environmental protection, utilization of renewable energy sources, design issues of low-energy buildings, life cycle analysis of buildings and their energy supply systems. Our research programs cover the design issues of intelligent buildings, the human-centered design of the internal environment, and for the development of new mechanical equipment based on physiological tests. This is complemented by research dealing with building mechatronics and intelligent buildings.
