The work and organizational psychology specialization is for those who want to solve tasks in the world of work and organizations, which focus on the analysis, evaluation and development of work activities, the work environment, the individual and the group, the organization and management. During the typically project-based knowledge transfer, students not only deepen their theoretical knowledge, but also learn to apply it in real task situations. The training also contributes to obtaining the European Psychologist Diploma (EuroPsy).
