Program Overview

The aim of the training is for the students to apply the continuously developing theoretical knowledge and practical experience in tasks appropriate to the fields and in related research at a high level during the integrated approach training. It helps graduate students to apply the psychological aspects of work activity in a unified, integrated form when solving tasks in work and organizational psychology. The goal is to train psychologists with theoretically well-founded knowledge, but with a fundamentally practice-oriented approach, who are able to solve various psychological problems arising in the world of work (personnel selection, competence analysis and development, career planning, incentives and evaluation, human resource development, risk management, workplace health development, etc.) for a professional solution.
