M.Sc. in Food Technology is a 2-year postgraduate course. Food Technology is the branch of food science involving the processing, protection, preparation, selection, distribution, and utilization of sheltered, nutritious, and healthy nourishment. The discipline is about: reducing the gap between gathered sustenance and available food by changing the method of completed item, i.e., processing, packaging and storage conditions, etc. and healthy food, diets, calories, nutrition status, etc.
