This master s program is based on the correlation between industrial practices and Islamic finance. There are certain areas of specialization for students who wish to understand the complexities of Islamic culture and business. Examples of courses in this program include Shari ah (or Islamic law), Risk Management in Islamic Financial Markets, Corporate Governance, and Legal and Regulatory Issues in Islamic Banking. Students should be prepared to learn moral rules, ethics, and guidelines for behavior that encompass the whole of life, not just standards to be used within the banking and finance field.
