Master of science in research in vlsi design tools and technology in Indian institute of technology delhi

VLSI Design, Tools, and Technology is an interdisciplinary Masters level programme course offered by IIT Delhi. The course is run by three departments : Electrical, Computer Science and CARE.

B.Tech. / M.Sc. or equivalent with a CGPA 6.00 on a 10 point scale or 60% marks in aggregate for General Category with (a) GATE score of 300 or qualifying score (b) GATE score of 200 or qualifying score whichever is higher for SC / ST / PD category. B.Tech. from IITs with CGPA of 8.00 without GATE are also eligible for admission. AMIE / Grad.; Copies of the qualification documents; Copy of the passport and visa; Original Medical Fitness Certificate; Original HIV Report ; Three passport size photographs; Copy of the offer letter issued by the Institute; Student visa for a period of five years.
