Msc biotechnology in Andhra university

The Department of Biotechnology of Andhra University College of Science and Technology was established in 1996. The department offers M.Sc. and Ph.D. courses in Biotechnology. All the basic infrastructural facilities needed for conducting teaching and research programmes in different areas of Biotechnology have been developed in the department.

B.Sc. Degree students with any two subjects such as Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Sciences, Human Genetics, Fisheries, Aquaculture and Mathematics with 50% marks in optional subjects. Admissions are based on the rank obtained in AUCET of Biotechnology conducted by Andhra University, Candidates seeking admission into the course should have a obtained 3 years Bachelors Degree, Candidates who are joining Masters courses in Andhra University under FOREIGN QUOTA have to enclose two sets of photocopies of following documents:12 years of study at schooling level, Diploma certificate, Bachelors Degree Certificate with transcripts, Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate, Valid Passport of the student, Scholarship sanctioned letter, Demand Draft for US$50 or equivalent INR
