Program Overview

M.Phil biochemistry course is usually an advanced class. They examine the parts of a plant and learn how the different parts interact with one another. This course covers ways in which the parts of plants can be useful for different things, such as the oils and flavour or health. They are able to identify possibilities for modifying a plant's chemical makeup or replicating it, this could lead to solutions to hunger and health problems. This course involves a series of lectures covering a variety of useful experimental techniques used in biochemistry and molecular biology.
