Some of the major fields included in applied psychology are counseling psychology, clinical psychology, and engineering psychology. Applied Psychology uses the principles and fundamentals of psychology to help solve the practical problems of human and animal behavior and experience. It is a course which aims at studying the application of theories of psychology to develop treatment plans for psychological disorders.
