Semester 3

The final semester emphasizes leadership and research. Strategic Leadership and Professional Development develops emotional intelligence, communication, and teamwork through workshops and coaching. The program culminates in a substantial Research Project (18,000 words), where students investigate a contemporary issue in strategy, innovation, sustainability, or leadership, integrating all skills gained throughout the program.
