The Higher Diploma in Business Management at TUS is a one-year, full-time Level 8 conversion program designed for graduates from non-business disciplines who want to gain comprehensive management skills. Semester 3

The final semester emphasizes integration and advanced application. Strategic Management Practice develops practical skills in strategic analysis, decision-making, and implementation in dynamic environments.
