Modules like People & Change, Digital Transformation & Sustainable Change, and Data Analytics & Storytelling help you develop skills in managing organizational change, applying digital tools, and interpreting complex data using platforms such as SQL, R, Tableau, and PowerBI. You’ll also engage in applied projects that simulate real-world business challenges.

Year 1 (Summer/Capstone):
The program culminates in an Applied Research Project (Dissertation), where you conduct independent research on a business issue of your choice. This project allows you to integrate knowledge from across the program, applying theory to practice while demonstrating your ability to critically analyze and solve complex management problems.
