Year 1 (Summer/Capstone):
The program culminates in an Applied Research Project (Dissertation), where you conduct independent research on a business issue of your choice. This project allows you to integrate knowledge from across the program, applying theory to practice while demonstrating your ability to critically analyze and solve complex management problems.
