The master's degree knows and understands the practical theoretical aspects related to: agricultural production, through a multidisciplinary approach on the ecophysiology of cultivated plants, on the different cultivation systems and production processes and on genetic and varietal improvement, with a view to the profitable use of productive inputs ; to crop protection systems, through a multidisciplinary approach to the problems related to the defense of cultivated plants; and, to planning, to business strategies and to the valorisation of production and agricultural activity. The achievement of the ability to apply knowledge and understanding takes place through critical reflection on the texts proposed for individual study, prompted by classroom activities.
