The degree programme in Safety and Quality in Animal Production aims to train professionals working in all aspects of animal production, including technical, Public health and economic management of agro-zootechnical companies, as well as the technical skills and services for businesses operating in the transformation and marketing of products of animal origin, also working as freelance Agronomists (professional figure recognised at European level). The degree programme trains technical professionals able to draft and manage projects and proposals, considering the resources of the business system they work in. The priority objectives of the degree programme include the performance of a curricular internship at a business or professional association.
