The 2nd cycle degree programme in Business Management trains Managers able to perform management tasks in single-business or diversified companies, or in any of their relative functional areas: strategic analysis, sales, marketing, human resources, strategic control, coordinating teams of experts and technical staff in charge the promotion, market development and marketing of products and services, implementing the company sales policies and intervening in all company processes. These professional figures require in-depth knowledge of economic theory, international accounting and management control, and must be able to use quantitative models to adopt a systematic approach to problem solving. The core learning activities privilege the indispensable competences of business managers and business consultants: the activities included in the study plan aim to provide the minimum skills required for starting a professional career.
