Program Overview

vThe master's degree in Publishing, multimedia communication and journalism has as its main objective to provide graduates with the following scientific skills and technical abilities: adequate professional skills in the field of editorial work, including through the use of new information and multimedia technologies; possession of methodological tools suitable for social analysis for journalistic or editorial work; journalistic writing skills, also for new media, in various disciplinary sectors; skills suitable for creating multimedia and hypertext products; skills necessary for the use of new communication technologies according to the management and organizational needs of publishing and multimedia companies; in-depth knowledge of the system information in Italy and internationally; be able to fluently use, in written and oral form, at least one European Union language besides Italian, with reference also to disciplinary vocabularies.
