Program Overview

The master's degree course in Food Science and Technology aims to provide advanced knowledge and to train professionals suitable for carrying out complex coordination and guidance activities related to the agri-food sector, as well as the ability to guarantee, also with the use of innovative methods, safety, quality and wholesomeness of food. In consideration of the peculiarity of the competences present in the Universities of Sapienza and Tuscia and in consideration of the complexity and multiplicity of the professional functions that the graduate can carry out, the master's degree course in Food Science and Technology Inter-Ateneo is divided into two curricula: Food Technologies and Quality and Valorization
