The master's degree course in Food Science and Technology aims to provide advanced knowledge and to train professionals suitable for carrying out complex coordination and guidance activities related to the agri-food sector, as well as the ability to guarantee, also with the use of innovative methods, safety, quality and wholesomeness of food.
