Program Overview

The MSc program in Philosophy aims to provide students with the historical, theoretical and methodological skills specific to philosophical studies. An adequate knowledge of the historical course of philosophical thought, articulated in the chronological fields of ancient, medieval, modern and contemporary, will allow us to frame the positions of individual philosophers and the different movements of thought in a perspective view. Acquired an adequate awareness of the problems related to the historiographical methodology and the interpretation of texts, the student will acquire the hermeneutical tools and critical evaluation that are required in view of a personal elaboration of philosophical questions.
