This field covers the management and conservation of forest ecosystems to ensure that they are managed in a sustainable manner based on the three main components: environmental, social and economic. Impact on the environment as a result of forestry activities such as climate change, forest fires, environmental pollution, forest and timber certification, and others are also emphasised.
