Programme syllabus are formed to meet International (RICS, BIFM, IFMA) and Local (CIDB) requirements, which aims to produce competent FM professionals equipped with current innovations and skills.The programme seeks to develop competent facilities managers that are in control for both strategic and operational management of services and processes that support the core business of an organisation. This product will ensure that an organisation has the most productive working environment for their activities, utilise by its employees and their business community at large.

Additional Information & Requirements

Should require Bachelor s in Built Environment or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline with CGPA of 3.00 and above; or Bachelor s CGPA of 2.7-2.99 can be considered if they meet at least one of the following criteria*; or Bachelor s CGPA of 2.7-2.99 can be considered if they meet at least one of the following criteria*; or a Bachelor s CGPA of 2.10-2.49 can be considered if they meet the following criteria: Graduate of the University of Malaya; and Possess relevant work experience at least five (5) years or have published in respective fields or Other qualification approved by Senate from time to time, Certified copy of your orginal diploma, Certified copy of your complete list of grade, Financial Statement, Certified copy of passport, English Language requirement International English Language Testing System (IELTS) (Academic): Band 5.5; or Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 550 (PBT), 213 (CBT) or 80 (IBT).
