Master in Nanoscience

2 Years On Campus Masters Program

University Putra Malaysia

Program Overview

Nano-size materials exhibit novel and sometimes superior physical and chemical properties, phenomena and processes, which are different from their bulk counterparts. The research areas in nanomaterials are related to the design, extraction, synthesis, processing, property-characterization, and development of nano-structured materials for technological applications. The classes of materials that are of importance include all natural and man-made materials. Current specific materials of interest include advanced materials, bio-polymers, magnetic materials, superconductors, ceramics, metals, biomaterials, inorganic materials and semiconductors.
