Program Overview

This programme aims to prepare students with knowledge related to Nanotechnology which deals with developing materials, devices, or other structures possessing at least one dimension sized from 1 to 100 nanometres. Nanotechnology is a study of manipulating matters on atomic and molecular scales. Nanotechnology entails the application of fields of science as diverse as surface science, organic chemistry, molecular biology, semiconductor physics, and microfabrication. Some of the typical applications of nanotechnology are in sensors, in delivery systems, nanoabsorbents, nano electronics, nano machines, nanocomposites, nanotubes, and nanocarbons.
