The M.Arch degree Programmes, are a second tier qualification which, together with the preceding complementary programmes comprising the 1-year Diploma in Design Foundation Studies and the 3-year B.Sc. (Hons) in Built Environment Studies, provide the training that fulfills the academic requirements for the profession of Architect. The course plan maintains a balance between theoretical knowledge, in subjects relevant to architecture, and practical architectural design workshops, culminating in the synoptic Final Project. The course also includes a significant individual and independent research component, culminating in the writing of a Dissertation.
The Bachelor degree in the same or in a closely related area of study as that applied for, with an average mark of not less than 55% in that area, TOEFL ibT of 95, IELTS of 6.5, Cambridge Advanced Certificate, SELT pass
