Program Overview

The Master of Arts in Mediation is a degree course in one branch of the law, that of mediation. This degree course provides a comprehensive knowledge of and training in the core legal and non-legal subjects related to mediation. This course requires students to acquire a detailed knowledge of all the various skills required for use by a mediator. It offers compulsory study-units which are assessed at the end of each semester.
