Program Overview

The Master of Advocacy degree provides a comprehensive knowledge of and training in core legal subjects of a procedural nature. The main areas covered during the taught component include Civil Procedure, Constitutional and Human Rights Procedure, Criminal Procedure, EU Procedure whilst the professional practice component is intended to prepare students for the profession of advocate emphasising more practical studies ranging from moot courting to professional ethics.
